IPL Hair Removal
This treatment uses Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) with SmartPulse™ technology to reduce unwanted hair on the face and body. The treatment works by delivering energy to deeper layers of the skin to target melanin in the hair pigment and destroy the follicle. SmartPulse™ technology ensures safe and consistent heat distribution, while a real-time cooling system works to keep your skin protected from the heat.
Which areas can be treated?
Lip & Chin, Underarms, Bikini Line, Arms & Legs, Back.
Are results instant?
With your first and subsequent treatments, improvement is most noticeable a week after each session. You will have optimum results once you have completed the recommended series of treatments.
How long do results last?
Treatment results will vary person to person, it depends on how your hair grows. Some people may see longer-lasting hair removal, while others who see sporadic hair growth in the area may need a touch-up treatment to maintain the results.
How long does the treatment take?
The treatment is completed in 30 minutes, this includes a deep cleanse, LED therapy and application of post treatment products.
Does it hurt?
No, the applicator has a built-in cooling feature to make the treatment as comfortable as possible, but you might feel a bit of discomfort if you’re treating a more sensitive area, like along the bikini line. If you find it too uncomfortable, let your treatment provider know and they can adjust the settings accordingly.
