Refund policy
Refunds may be provided within 30 days of purchase for retail products if remaining in original packaging and unused. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used products under change of mind.
For any returns requests, reactions or faulty items, please contact us via email on hello@baseaesthetics.com.au or on 0401 458 006 to discuss replacement options. The product can be shipped back to: Base Aesthetic Clinic, 17 Charles Street, South Perth WA 6151, Australia. You are welcome to drop back the product during clinic open hours or post back to the clinic at your own expense.
If you receive a refund for your return, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded - only the price of the product purchased.
Base Aesthetic Clinic has a 'no refund' policy on purchases of products or services if you change your mind. Please keep in mind that our treatments, services and packages are not transferable to other individuals and they cannot be swapped for other treatments, services or redeemed for cash.
